This is a great Company!!!
I bought a recycle cart from a big box store and when I went to assemble it. I found that the instructions were missing. I googled to see if I could find a You Tube video or something that would help me. There was video but my unit had different parts. I google more and I found a review that had a picture of the instructions. From the instructions I found online, I assessed that I was missing two parts, 1 nylon washer and 1 splint pin. I went to Recycle carts website, and saw that they had their email listed. I said to myself, “ I’ll send an email but I know that no will respond to it but I’ll give it a try”. I sent the email Saturday evening. Sunday Morning I received a phone call from Recycle Carts stating that they received my email and that they were sending me a complete hardware kit and instructions the next business day. Wow!! In these days and times, a company that stands by its product!! And corrects any wrongs that customer may have experienced!! I am beyond impressed and will tell everyone to buy their recycle cart from this company!

I went on line and did an Internet search for bin carts. I looked at several and compared products and prices. I also read your blog.
I liked that it was ‘greener’ than others and could hold a lot more weight than others. I also watched the video on how to assemble and it looked pretty simple.
The price was really great. All other ranges in price from $87.00-$150.00
I’ll tell you that if i like something price doesn’t matter to me but the great price point was just a bonus for me.

I also think I heard something about the boy scout selling carts and when I saw that on your website, it gave your cart a reason to order. I was a girl scout mom and support all scouting.
